Terms of service

These terms govern your use of zynkin.com, app.zynkin.com and the ZYNKIN browser extension (together the "Service"), provided by ZYNKIN Technologies Ltd, Ireland ("ZYNKIN", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

ZYNKIN helps you find relevant conversations on LinkedIn, X and Instagram, drafts comments in your writing style, and posts comments you have approved from your own accounts. ZYNKIN is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with LinkedIn, X or Instagram.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use the Service for professional purposes.
• You are responsible for your login details and for everything done through your account.
• One person per account. Team plans allow named members inside a workspace.

3. Your social media accounts

• You connect your own accounts only. Never connect an account you do not own or have explicit authority to operate.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of LinkedIn, X and Instagram. Those platforms restrict automation, and they may act against accounts that use tools like ZYNKIN. ZYNKIN is designed to reduce that risk (human approval of every comment, daily limits, human-like pacing, a gradual start), but we cannot eliminate it and we make no guarantee about how any platform will treat your account.
• ZYNKIN will never post anything you have not approved.

4. Cloud posting

Cloud posting is an optional feature that lets approved comments post while your browser is closed. If you switch it on:

• You authorise ZYNKIN to store the login session of the platforms you connect, encrypted, and to use it solely to post your approved comments, run a brief warm-up session and check for replies.
• Posting is limited per day according to your plan and starts at a lower limit for the first weeks after activation.
• You can switch cloud posting off, or disconnect any platform, at any time in Settings. Disconnecting deletes the stored session.
• If a platform signs you out, ZYNKIN will pause posting for that platform and ask you to reconnect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to post spam, harassment, misleading content or anything unlawful; to impersonate others; to scrape or resell ZYNKIN data; to interfere with the Service or its security; or to circumvent plan limits. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

6. Plans, trials and payment

• Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, no card required. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or your account becomes read-only.
• Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are not refunded for partial periods except where the law requires.
• Plan limits (platforms, campaigns, daily comments, discoveries, generations) are described on the pricing page and may be adjusted with notice. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

7. Your content and our software

• You own your writing samples, campaign settings and the comments you approve. You give us a licence to process them to provide the Service.
• Comment drafts are generated by AI from your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing them before approval, and for what you post.
• ZYNKIN, the Zynwork Engine, the extension and all related software and data compilations are our property. You get a limited, non-transferable licence to use them while you have an account.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it. Platforms change without notice, and features that depend on them (posting, discovery, reply detection) may be interrupted while we adapt. We may change or retire features with reasonable notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZYNKIN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost business, lost data, or any action taken by a social platform against your account. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
