This policy explains what personal data ZYNKIN Technologies Ltd ("ZYNKIN", "we") collects when you use zynkin.com and app.zynkin.com (the "Service"), why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. ZYNKIN finds posts on LinkedIn, X and Instagram that match your campaigns, drafts comments in your voice, and, after you approve them, posts those comments from your own accounts. To do that we store your account details, your campaign settings, your writing samples, the comments you approve and, if you turn on cloud posting, the encrypted login session of your social accounts. We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.
Email address, name, password (hashed), job title, company, timezone, country, plan and billing status. Provided by you at signup or in Settings.
Your industry, location, the LinkedIn, X and Instagram profile links you enter, your areas of expertise, opinions and example comments you provide to build your voice profile, and the settings you choose per platform.
Campaign targets (topics, industries, roles, locations), posts discovered for you, comments drafted, edited, approved, skipped or posted, timestamps, and the platform identifiers of comments you post. This is the record of your use of the Service and is needed to run it and to show you your history and results.
When you connect LinkedIn, X or Instagram in the app, the ZYNKIN browser extension copies the login cookies of that platform from your browser and sends them to our servers, where they are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). We use them only to post comments you have approved, to check whether those comments received replies, and to run a short warm-up session before posting starts. We never use them to read private messages, change your account settings, or act on anything you have not approved. You can disconnect a platform at any time in the app, which deletes the stored session.
To run campaigns, ZYNKIN collects publicly available professional information about people and companies on the platforms: name, headline, company, location, profile link and how recently they posted. This data is stored in a shared directory used by all ZYNKIN customers to find relevant conversations. It is professional, public information only. ZYNKIN members are included in this directory only if they opt in.
IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, error logs. Collected automatically by our hosting providers and by the app for security and reliability. The marketing site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your plan, payment status and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store full card numbers.

Where data leaves the EEA, transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We will update this list when providers change.
We do not sell personal data. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Most of this you can do yourself in Settings; for anything else, email privacy@zynkin.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or your local supervisory authority.
If you are a professional whose public information appears in the ZYNKIN directory and you would like it removed, email us with your profile link and we will remove it.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Platform sessions are encrypted with a key held separately from the database. Access to production systems is limited to named staff. Row-level security ensures customers can only access their own data. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
zynkin.com uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage (to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice). app.zynkin.com uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. We use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
The Service is for professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
We will post changes here and, for material changes, email account holders. The date at the top shows the current version.
