4. Artificial intelligence and content generation

ZYNKIN uses artificial intelligence to generate comments and content in your personalised voice. To do this, the writing samples and preferences you provide, along with relevant post content, are processed by AI systems, including third-party AI providers acting as our processors under appropriate data protection agreements.

All AI-generated content is presented to you for review. You remain in control: content is only published when you approve it.

5. Legal basis for processing

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: to provide the services you have signed up for.
• Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve our platform, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
